I am trying to load Handheld Contact on the computer and getting an error message

In order to resolve this error, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Control Panel, (System & Security, Administrative Tools) select Computer Management.  Select Services and Applications.  Then Message Queuing.  Finally, Private Queues.
2. Expand the options and right click on ‘hhcuioutcoming’.
3. Click Properties, then choose the Security tab. Find user in the list and click the Advanced button.
4. Go to Owner tab and change Owner to somebody else than the current owner. Current user or System. Apply then OK.
5. Check permissions on the previous screen. In Security tab should be checked Full Control.
