How do I get caller ID to work on my BlackBerry?

In order to get caller ID to work with Handheld Contact, you need to have the contacts found within the BlackBerry Contacts(Address Book).  This can be done by exporting.

Handheld Contact LEGACY Edition version 2.0.7.9:

Open Handheld Contact on the BlackBerry.

Press the BlackBerry menu button and choose Preferences.

Scroll downwards to the Display Settings and choose the Export Address Book button.

Handheld Contact will ask you if you want to complete the process, choose Yes/OK.

Handheld Contact Professional Edition version 3.x.x.x:

Open Handheld Contact on the BlackBerry.

Press Settings.

Choose Contacts.

Click on the Export to Address book button.

Handheld Contact for BlackBerry 10:

In order to export contacts from Handheld Contact into the BlackBerry 10 Contacts application, you will need to use our Contact Importer Add-On.  See this link for detailed instructions.
